Ingredients
For Gravy
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pcs Bay leaf
- 2 pcs Cardamoms
- 4 pcs Clove
- 1 pcs Cinnamon Stick
- 2 medium Onion Chopped
- 3 large Tomato Chopped
- 10-12 pcs Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Spices
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt to Taste
- ½ Sugar Optical
Others
- 200 grm Paneer Cube
- ½ cup Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- Water as Required
- Fresh Coriander For garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1tbsp oil and 1tbsp Butter in a pan. Add Bay leaf, Cinamon, Cardamom, Cloves.Add Chopped Onion and saute until soft.Add tomatoes, cashew nuts and cook until soft. Let it cool.

For Extra Flavor lightly fry Paneer Cubes before adding.
